Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us. You must email first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
- You must contact us first explaining the reason you wish to make a claim. Photos will be required.
Refunds
If we request that you return the items, postage will be the responsibility of the buyer, which is common in Australia. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
It is at our discretion which method we use to refund you. Due to cost of shipping, a store voucher is usually the chosen method. Products will not be exchanged. You may receive a partial or full refund back to your original payment method.
Missing Items
If you discover items are missing from your order, a store credit will be issued. There are many reasons why it could be missing, including Out of stock. We do not post out the missing items. You will receive a voucher or refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you are waiting on a refund, and it is taking too long, first check your bank account. Then contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
If it is determined that a return is required, email us first, with your complaint. To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
