Suggested usage;
Apply to skin a couple of times a day or as required. If you know you are deficient, then apply 3-4 times per day for 2 weeks and then 2 times a day for maintenance. Overdosing is not possible as the body will only take what it needs, but 4 times a day is common. The back of the neck is a good place. Morning apply to upper body, Night apply to legs and feet to relax restless legs and minimise aching and cramps.
