How To Use – Always shake bottle very well before spraying, as a personal spritz, start off slowly with 1-2 sprays around your face with your eyes closed. Increase sprays if required. Use sensibly. This spritz is safe around dogs if used as directed. Never spray into a dogs face. Avoid using any Aromatherapy products around cats.
Always shake the bottle first to disperse the essential oil molecules which sit at the top.
